Language HUSRB/1002

1. Is the Application also available in Hungarian/Serbian languages?

   The official language of the Programme is English; therefore, all documents including the Application Package are available only in English and the Application must be submitted in English. Applications which do not fulfil this criterion will be rejected automatically.

2. Is translating the Guidelines for Applicants and other documents (such as Application Form) of the Call for Proposals considered eligible under Preparation costs?

   According to Chapter 2.4.3 of the Guidelines for Applicants, the costs of translation and interpretation can be reimbursed as preparation costs if they meet the eligibility criteria.

3. Should we submit the 'Extract from register' in English?

   No. The 'Extract from register' for the Lead Beneficiary / Project Partners should be submitted in the original language. According to the Chapter 3.4 of the Guidelines for Applicants, the 'Project Acronym' (the abbreviated title of the project as used in the Application Form) has to be indicated on the document. When having a doubt whether a supporting document has to be submitted in English/original language, please always consult Chapter 3.4 of the Guidelines for Applicants.
